HOW DO REPAIRS WORK?

Do your MOSCOT specs need a little TLC? Let us know of any damage to your frames, we can repair ‘em! If you are near a MOSCOT Shop, you can always drop in for all your repair or refresh needs.

Not close to a MOSCOT shop? Email support@moscot.com with the subject line “Repair Inquiry” and include the following details:

• .COM order number or MOSCOT Invoice # (if purchase in a MOSCOT Shop)
• Name + Location of MOSCOT Shop or Authorized MOSCOT Stockist where the original purchase was made
• The issue and reason for repair
• Clear images of the glasses, with a close up of the damage and hinges as well.

Once we have taken a peek at repair details, we kindly ask you send your glasses, a copy of the repair inquiry email, and a signed Repair Authorization Form (we’ll send you this via email) to our warehouse at the address provided. Once we receive your glasses, we will contact you to finalize the order.

As always, we are happy to provide the following Complimentary Services:

Cleaning – our exclusive solution keeps frames sparkling!

Buffing – to reduce the appearance of light scratches on frames.

Screw Replacement – we’ll tighten up any loose screws for the perfect fit to your face.

Frame Alignment – we’ll get your frames sittin’ just right!

We have listed some repair costs below for your convenience:

The cost for acetate temples is: $160.00 USD (Temples are sold in pairs.)

The cost for cable temples is:  $170.00 USD

Please note that there is a cost to ship the frame back to you. Available shipping methods are below with pricing:

UPS GROUND: $12.00 (USA ONLY)

UPS 2-Day: $25.00 (USA ONLY)

UPS Overnight: $35.00 (USA ONLY)

UPS Standard: $35.00 (CANADA ONLY)

International Flat-Rate: $65.00 USD* International rates do include VAT/Customs duties.
